Reaper helping the child

It me seem creepy, but what I am trying to show is the fact that the reaper is helping the child on ending his suffering from limited food he has been eating. Under the child are scraps of food he was getting from the trash can. No one around him is helping the poor child so the reaper would atleast help him.
