Project Idea: Half face child, half cityscape

The idea I am trying to make in this project is to show a poor and hungry child living in a first world progressive country. The reason why its a half and half image because it shows the progression upon both faces of a first world country, how it looks so to speak. It shows clearly which part of the face is growing rapidly and the other one is being left behind. There is a saying that on a face of a person, they always have the "good side" and a "bad side".
